Full house at Team P R Reilly DeBeer training courses

The Team P R Reilly training centre in Dublin has been running a full schedule of courses – this time with customers from Leinster attending a training course in the application of the latest products from DeBeer.

Using the high production non-sand primer 87-46, the participants prepped and used the primer on e-coated panels, before using the basecoat Mazda 41V 3 coat system, all this after an introduction and overview of the new primers, lacquers and base coat tinters.

Really impressed by the covering power of the Mazda 41V 3 basecoat, customers learned that the new formula contains the 900 series Metallic Red tinter 9-184 and the painting process was completed using DeBeer fast repair lacquer 8-114 which can be force dried In 5 minutes when baked at 40 degrees or 3 minutes when baked at 60 degree.

Before finishing up for the day the delegates were shown the blending process for 3 stage pearls and all the participants agreed that the new products introduced by DeBeer will not only speed up the painting process but will reduce the energy costs too, enabling the increase of the bottom line margin.
