GT Group and Ted4Parts merge to form new sustainable vehicle services
Two of Ireland’s most established automotive businesses – GT Group and Ted Brennan Motors trading as Ted4Parts – have come together to form Evolve, a new leader in sustainable salvage management, vehicle recovery, repair, recycling and green parts supply.
With operations spanning more than 15-acres and a fleet of 70 recovery vehicles, Evolve represents a €15 million business built to meet the changing demands of the Irish vehicle services sector.
The merger brings together over 100 years of expertise to create a fully integrated solution focused on efficiency, innovation and sustainability.

“Evolve is the next step in the evolution of our combined businesses,” said Richard Brennan, CEO of Evolve and former CEO of Ted4Parts. “By uniting our capabilities, we’re building a stronger, smarter service model that supports our partners’ sustainability goals while improving operational performance across the board, customer focused through connected circularity. Leading with integrity, embedding excellence in governance every day.”
Darren Ferguson, COO at Evolve and former managing director of GT Group, added: “The merger allows us to deliver a truly end-to-end solution – recovery, repairs inhouse and fast track them to our best in class partners, recycling and reuse. It’s a major step forward for the Irish automotive sector, and we are proud to be leading that change.”
Evolve’s expanded capacity means more vehicles and parts can be efficiently recovered, processed and reused, reducing waste and supporting the circular economy.
The company is already planning further investments in people, facilities and technology to accelerate its growth and reinforce Ireland’s leadership in sustainable vehicle management.
