Indasa introduces new Rhynogrip HT Line Ceramic

Indasa has introduced the new Rhynogrip HT Line Ceramic, designed to enhance productivity during the initial stages of the repair processes.

Indasa says the internal development of the HT Line Ceramic abrasive is a clear output of the latest strategic investment program focused on expanding and improving its manufacturing capabilities.

As part of this initiative, new production technologies and automated systems were introduced at Indasa’s production facility, thus promoting innovation-led processes.

The development of Rhynogrip HT Line Ceramic involved extensive research and laboratory testing, as explained by João Castro, Indasa product development manager.

“Our process began with the meticulous selection of raw materials, focusing on self-sharpening ceramic grain technology,” he said. “This mineral ensures the abrasive maintains consistent cutting power, as the grains fracture in a controlled way, continually revealing sharp edges.

“We also redesigned the backing material, utilising robust paper and advanced resins to provide dimensional stability and thermal resistance in the most demanding applications.”

Humberto Plácido, Indasa technical manager, highlights the practical advantages of the Rhynogrip HT Line Ceramic: “HT Line Ceramic offers tangible benefits to professionals. It’s an abrasive that lasts longer, with a fast powerful cutting action throughout its lifespan. Resulting in a superior performance even on the most challenging substrates.”
