LR Paints adds Sagola 4600 HEX Gravity Spray Gun to range

LR Paints has added the Sagola 4600 HEX Gravity Spray Gun to its ever-increasing portfolio of bodyshop equipment and consumables.

Sagola’s new Hex System technology delivers ultra-precise control over droplet formation – ensuring each particle stays perfectly uniform in flight, eliminating mottling and ensuring a flawless finish.

It can improve performance on demanding materials, prevents mottling in metallic basecoats and provides better control and stability when spraying low-viscosity clearcoats.

The patent-pending Hex System features a uniquely designed hexagonal needle and nozzle that deliver a number of standout advantages.

Ultra-uniform fan pattern
Engineered for perfect paint distribution, the Hex System™ eliminates mottling and uneven metallic particle alignment – especially when spraying silvers, golds, and other high-visibility finishes. The result, a consistently smooth, professional-grade basecoat.

Superior atomization at lower pressure
The Hex System maintains droplet integrity and prevents fan pattern splitting – common issues when spraying at excessive pressure. Painters can achieve a flat, high-quality finish without overloading your air system.

Built for precision
When fitted to any Sagola 4600 DFT spray gun, Sagola’s Hex needle and nozzles redefine spray control – one flawless finish at a time.

Dynamic Flow Technology
Dynamic Flow Technology harnesses the ambient air around the aircap allowing the Sagola 4600 spray gun to provide a flawless finish even at lower working pressures.

DFT gives you:
• Greater fan stability.
• Superior atomisation.
• Uniform fan from top to bottom.
• Less bounce back, less overspray.
• A more precise application with easier overlapping.
• Less painting defects such as shadowing, patch coats and striping.
• An even paint distribution – ideal for difficult base colours such as metallics, silvers, pearls.

Metal to Metal Technology
For over 70 years Sagola has manufactured industry leading spray equipment, often setting the benchmark for others to follow.

The company’s state-of the-art European production facilities uses aerospace grade engineering, which allows us to create spray guns using metal to metal technology – which means its spray guns have fewer joints, o-rings and seals than any other spray gun on the market.

This M2M technology allows Sagola to offer the lowest maintenance on the market and gives you:
• Low maintenance.
• Fewer wearing parts.
• Low cost of ownership.
• Fast clean & colour change.
• No packings, joints or seals in fluid area.
• Greater reliabilty.
