Road Safety Week 2025 on the horizon

Road Safety Week 2025, organised by An Garda Síochána and the Road Safety Authority is set to take place from Monday, 6th to Sunday, 12th October.

The week aims to raise awareness about road safety through various activities, including educational seminars, interactive events, and the launch of the annual Road Safety Awards.

Road Safety Week 2025 will again focus on educational programmes, interactive experiences including the RSA shuttlebus for interactive games and educational experiences on the go.

Tyre Safey Day, organised by the Irish Tyre Industry Association (ITIA) plays a big part in Tyre Safety Week, and this year it will take place on Monday, 6th October.

The ITIA will join with the RSA and An Garda Síochána in raising awareness of road safety in Ireland, with a particular focus on the importance of regular tyre maintenance and inspection.
