Since the launch of the almost legendary SL Class in 1957 (!), more\u00a0than 650,000 units have been handed over in seven model series to customers\u00a0worldwide up to the end of 2009.\u00a0<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The current SL 55 AMG model has been \u201cmodified\u201d with premium foils and\u00a0an extensive conversion to MOPF II \u2013 the second part of the model refinement\u00a0\u2013 by\u00a0fostla.de, a specialist\u00a0vehicle foiling company.\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-1544\" title=\"Mercedes-Benz-Special-SL-AMG2\" src=\"http:\/\/www.bodyshop.ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/Mercedes-Benz-Special-SL-AMG2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.bodyshop.ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/Mercedes-Benz-Special-SL-AMG2.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.bodyshop.ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/Mercedes-Benz-Special-SL-AMG2-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The crew around Darius Wallat has used a wide body\u00a0aerodynamic kit by PRIOR-Design from their PD-Series named Widebody. An<br \/>\ningenious system of flowing lines and expressive curves complements an\u00a0absolutely roadworthy tuning.<\/p>\n<p>The highlight of this conversion is undoubtedly the magnificent full\u00a0foliation \u2013 the main activity of the firm\u00a0fostla.de\u00a0\u2013 with a PWF foil in<br \/>\nyellow metallic mat.
