She established the company as one of the strongest names in Ireland\u2019s leasing and fleet management market.<\/p>\n<p>Tim Albertsen, group CEO of Ayvens, said: \u201cSharon is one of the most respected figures in the Irish motor industry. Her leadership, vision and determination ensured Ayvens Ireland\u2019s market-leading position today.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kevin has played a pivotal role in our growth story over the last 17 years, particularly in developing commercial strategy and customer relationships. His experience will guarantee a smooth handover and continued success.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Kevin Harty, incoming country managing director, said: \u201cHaving worked with Sharon for many years, I am honoured to step into this role.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;My priority is to support our customers as the industry moves further towards electrification, digitalisation and sustainable fleet management.
