By building these capabilities, workshops can strengthen their position in the growing e-mobility service market and better support customers with complex repair needs.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWorkshops continue to face increasing levels of transformation with rising vehicle complexity and customer expectations for faster, more transparent service,\u201d said Philippe Colpron, head of ZF Aftermarket. \u201cOur role is to make this transformation manageable.
