{"id":9769,"date":"2016-05-13T11:38:10","date_gmt":"2016-05-13T11:38:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.bodyshop.ie\/?p=9769"},"modified":"2016-05-13T11:38:10","modified_gmt":"2016-05-13T11:38:10","slug":"new-devilbiss-gti-pro-and-pro-lites-spray-guns","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bodyshop.ie\/index.php\/new-devilbiss-gti-pro-and-pro-lites-spray-guns\/9769","title":{"rendered":"New DeVilbiss GTi Pro and Pro Lites spray guns"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bodyshop.ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/Devilbiss1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-9770\" src=\"http:\/\/www.bodyshop.ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/Devilbiss1.jpg\" alt=\"Devilbiss1\" width=\"250\" height=\"333\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.bodyshop.ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/Devilbiss1.jpg 250w, https:\/\/www.bodyshop.ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/Devilbiss1-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 250px) 100vw, 250px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Professional automotive refinishers today are a very different breed from their predecessors, who would often use just one spray gun, usually a DeVilbiss JGA, for every stage of the refinishing process, from etch primers to clears, carefully cleaning the gun between each stage of the process.<\/p>\n<p>Today, process efficiency is the key and pro painters have a range of spray guns to hand, set up specifically for primers, topcoats and clears, so they can increase efficiency and reduce process times.<\/p>\n<p>The DeVilbiss team has listened closely to professional refinishers throughout the industry and it is clear that colour coding makes identification of individual spray guns for different materials and applications, fast and efficient, so in addition to the technical upgrades, DeVilbiss has introduce effective colour coding.<\/p>\n<p>DeVilbiss has introduced two new colours to the GTi Pro Lite range with a vibrant blue and the ultra tough, black \u201cQuick Clean\u201d coating, together with the standard gold finish and they have harmonised the colours with the full size GTi Pro to create a new i-System Pro spray gun family.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bodyshop.ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/Devilbiss.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-9771\" src=\"http:\/\/www.bodyshop.ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/Devilbiss.jpg\" alt=\"Devilbiss\" width=\"250\" height=\"333\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.bodyshop.ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/Devilbiss.jpg 250w, https:\/\/www.bodyshop.ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/Devilbiss-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 250px) 100vw, 250px\" \/><\/a>The Base and Clear laser marking has been removed, making it simpler for the end user to allocate a spray gun to a specific application or material other than Base and Clear, such as direct gloss, wet on wet etc. For example, the new black \u2018Quick Clean\u2019 anodised spray gun could be used for base coats, gold for clear and the blue for those tricky metallic silvers or wet on wet.<\/p>\n<p>Reinforcing the DeVilbiss Intelligent Atomisation programme, which ensures quick and easy air cap and fluid tip changes to suit different climatic conditions as well as different materials, the new GTi Pro and Pro LITE both benefit from the latest DeVilbiss atomisation technology and the Refinishers Kits are supplied with a 1.3mm fluid tip fitted to the gun with either a spare 1.2mm or 1.4mm tip.<\/p>\n<p>Just four air cap options cover i-System Pro platform, the T110, TE10, TE20 and HV30.
