Car-O-Liner CDR1 gets BMW approval
The Car-O-Liner CDR1 has been officially approved by BMW for worldwide use, providing superior collision repair capabilities across the globe.
Designed for the repair of small to medium auto body damage the CDR1 is a value-packed repair cart that allows workshops to quickly and efficiently provide professional repairs of light cosmetic damage on steel or aluminium body parts.
According to Car-O-Liner, this approval from BMW underscores its commitment to offering high-quality equipment that meets stringent OEM requirements.

Launched in 2021, the CDR1 system, featuring the advanced CR235 Spotter, is available in three distinct configurations designed to suit a variety of repair needs:
- BMW 23 502618 / Car-O-Liner Part Number: 51867 – CDR1 Basic BMW, incl. CR235 Spotter (208V- 230V, 1-phase, 50-60 Hz, 16 A)
- BMW 23 502619 / Car-O-Liner Part Number: 51868 – CDR1 Advanced BMW, incl. CR235 Spotter (208V-230V, 1-phase, 50-60 Hz, 16 A)
- BMW 23 502620 / Car-O-Liner Part Number: 51869 – CDR1 Master BMW, incl. CR235 Spotter (208V- 230V, 1-phase, 50-60 Hz, 16 A)
Additionally, Car-O-Liner offers upgrade kits to enhance existing systems:
