Euro Car Parts named UK’s leading parts retailer for online customer service

Eurocarparts.com, from LKQ UK & Ireland, has been recognised as the UK’s number one auto parts retailer for online customer service, following an independent study by Newsweek in partnership with Statista, part of the UK’s Best Customer Service 2026 rankings.

The ranking is based on more than 100,000 customer evaluations, assessing brands on likelihood to recommend alongside five key service criteria: quality of communication, professional competence, range of services, customer focus and accessibility.

Eurocarparts.com was ranked top of its category, placing the business alongside some of the UK’s most respected brands, including John Lewis, Harrods, Barclays, Aviva and Uniqlo.

LKQ Euro Car Parts says this recognition reflects its “continued investment in fast, reliable online ordering, supported by nationwide stock availability, same-day delivery capability and expert support”.

In addition to leading the category for online service, LKQ Euro Car Parts was also recognised among the top performers for in-branch customer service.
