Lagos rapid repair system reduces process costs

Based on traditional down draft spray booth air flow, the Lagos rapid repair system can recycle up to 100 per cent of its own air flow, depending on the application. From sanding to painting, this unit reduces process costs by as much as 85 per cent, according to distributors Shop Bodyshop Direct.

“The industry as we know it, is under massive pressure to reduce costs in order to sustain a profitable future. Repairers are wasting valuable resources by continuing to paint small jobs/ low cost jobs in a traditional spray booth,”said Jonathan Penny, MD of Shop Bodyshop Direct.

Lagos is one of the world’s only true bespoke repair facilities producers.

Jonathan added: “We are seeing an increasing demand from customers to reduce repair process times and costs. To this end, we have worked tirelessly with Lagos to produce a rapid repair system that truly is a perfect fit for our dynamic market.”

Denis Dineen, owner of Dineen Crash Repair, Co. Cork commented: “We decided that fast repair processes were an absolute must for our organisation. When we set out on the path to look for such equipment, we had no idea that we would end up with such an unique piece of equipment. We had noted smaller and less expensive units but feared that our technicians would under utilise them after a period of time. Our technicians now prefer to work with this rapid repair system than the traditional spray booth.”

Jamie Lawlor, owner/ director of Jamie Lawlor Crash Repairs, Clonmel commented: “I was very happy with the service provided by Shop Bodyshop Direct. The Rapid Repair unit exceeded our expectations in all aspects.”
