NAPA Auto Parts hosts annual branch conference and awards
The NAPA Auto Parts branch conference recently took place for the second consecutive year, and for the first time, following the completion of the commercial rebrand, welcomed colleagues from NAPA Auto Parts – Commercial and the Republic of Ireland.
Held at the Magna Centre in Rotherham, the conference was attended by more than 350 employees from NAPA Auto Parts and NAPA Auto Parts – Commercial, in addition to over 80 suppliers.

The conference provided an opportunity for colleagues to hear directly from the senior leadership team, who shared details about upcoming projects and strategic growth plans designed to drive the business forward.
This session set a collaborative tone for the rest of the event, emphasising the importance of innovation and teamwork within the NAPA community.
In the afternoon, attendees were provided with the opportunity to engage face-to-face with a diverse group of suppliers. This interactive showcase allowed colleagues to explore the extensive range of brands and solutions offered by NAPA Auto Parts.

The day concluded with an awards dinner, honouring the achievements of colleagues throughout 2025.
Lewis Selby, NAPA Auto Parts managing director, said: “The NAPA Auto Parts Branch Conference is a great opportunity to bring together the leaders of our branch network and reinforce our commitment to product excellence and exceptional customer service.
