North South 4×4 to launch replacement Toyota chassis range at 2026 Auto Trade EXPO

At this weekend’s 2026 Auto Trade EXPO at the RDS Simmonscourt in Dublin, North South 4×4 is launching its new replacement Toyota 4×4 chassis range, starting with the complete replacement chassis for the Toyota Hilux 2005–2016 — the first of many, with more models to follow.

Launching exclusively to the Irish market, the chassis will be on display at the North South 4×4 stand, giving visitors the chance to see it up close.

North South 4×4 is the only manufacturer worldwide producing this complete replacement chassis, alongside individual chassis components, engineered with enhanced corrosion protection.
